Interests

Dr. Henning has several areas of professional interest. One is hearing aids, including hearing aid technology, methods of fitting hearing aids on infants and children, and factors associated with hearing aid benefit in adults. Secondly, she is interested in the prevention of hearing loss and promoting the use of hearing protection devices, especially among musicians. Finally, she has recently completed a study on the effectiveness of various class activities for students with different learning styles in a distance education environment.
