University of Wisconsin - Madison B.A. University of Minnesota - Twin Cities TeachingCD 846 The Human Balance System Lab Interests Jon joined the department in the Fall of 2007 as a Clinical Assistant Professor. He has a split appointment with the Department of Communicative Disorders and the Waisman Center University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. At the Waisman Center, Jon provides family centered care for children with disabilities, including hearing loss, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, PDD, and other developmental disabilities. He provides audiological services for the Developmental Disabilities Clinic, Cerebral Palsy Clinic, Genetics Clinic, as well as providing consulting services at Central Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled—a residential program for children and adults with significant developmental delays and medical conditions. At Goodnight Hall, Jon provides diagnostic hearing evaluations & hearing aid services for patients and he participates in Head Start Audiology Screening for Dane County. |
